Catalytic Management has had the good fortune to continue to grow and to work
with wonderful clients who believe in excellence. We are privileged to be their catalyst for
change. We would like to become a catalyst for good beyond our business relationships and therefore,
beginning in 2007, Catalytic Management will set aside 1.5% of net profit to support nonprofit
organizations that focus on providing education and financial support that lead to independence.
