Worst Customer Service Call EVER!

There's not much I can add to this except. DON'T EVER let this happen to one of your customers?
The Scenario:  An IT professional calling to cancel his ComCast service.  He gets so frustrated he taped the call which is beyond incredible!
All the advice I can give you - all the tips I can share will never be as clear and as obvious as this: 
GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT!

Even Catlalytic Management can't help Comcast!
You gotta admit you have a problem before you can fix it!
